'Cause I like it.

Seems like an underdog compared to it's competitors.

I think it looks great.

Oh, and it has that lovely sounding VQ engine.

The only thing I'd be iffy on is that steer-by-wire thing.

Infiniti claims there's over 10 years worth of research behind it though, so who knows.

Good point. After being stuck with a small engine in a big vehicle, I just can't not want the biggest engine available.

The 3.7L V6 is the biggest engine available in the Q50, once called the G37.

The 5.6L V8 is the biggest engine in the Q70, once called the M56.

Infiniti's new naming system is a bit stupid.

Yeah, I know it is the Q70, but if money were no problem I would buy the V8 or the biggest engine in the lineup even if it were worse, though the reviews for the drive by wire are less than inspiring. I would end up with Charger or some shit, because fuck luxury.

I drove a Q50 yesterday, and I almost got carsick because of the stupid drive by wire system.

its twitchy, yet completely unresponsive (there is a smaaall delay between the moment you turn and the actual movement, which is probably what induced the sickness)

Sad though, because the rest is great. The VQ still sound amazing, the chassis is compliant...
